Nobody sells on TrustServe by signing up. A provider only becomes visible and bookable once every module below is cleared and a TrustServe administrator approves the application.
The seal is a record, not a claim. Each check is stored against the provider's profile with the date it cleared.
Identity
Government-issued identification, checked against the name and details on the application, with a selfie liveness step.
Business
Company registration and tax details confirmed for sole proprietors and companies.
Bank
Bank-account ownership confirmed so payouts can only reach the verified provider.
References
We contact previous clients ourselves and ask about quality, professionalism, timekeeping and whether they would hire again. Uploaded letters are never accepted as proof.
Qualifications
Trade certificates, licences and insurance reviewed where the category requires them.
Background screening
Criminal and conduct screening before approval, and re-screening on renewal.
